This bowl had a severe crack develop around the circumference when it was almost finished. I added furniture biscuits to stabilize it. It worked and added nice contrast! I then turned the piece on a lathe. The lid is Padauk wood, textured and sporting an oriental handle for fun. The bowl is approximately 7 inches high by 6 inches in diameter.
